Bought on Treet, tried on didn’t fit. Previous owner used smelly laundry detergent so if you are smell adverse, do not buy. Previous owner said they washed and wore once, I would say they have been washed and worn more than that. They are very comfy! Replying to the feedback post: Pants run a lil tight for me - my waist is 44" and they are definitely cozy, but not baggy. 40" would be loose.
